FAQ
When will I receive the tracking number for my order?
It can take 3-7 days for us to fulfill your order, but as soon as we are done we ship it out to you. After your order is processed, you will receive your tracking number via the email that you used to checkout.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped to me?
It can take 3-7 days for us to fulfill your order, but as soon as we are done we ship it out to you. We typically ship all standard domestic orders via United States Postal Service (USPS), which is estimated to arrive in 5-8 business days and is trackable.
If you have not received your order within this time frame and your package has been marked as delivered, please do the following before you reach out to us:
- Wait until the next business day, sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered before actually dropping it off. Frustrating right?
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Stop by your local post office to see if they have your package.
- Ask your neighbor if the courier left your package with them.
Some carriers will hold your package at their facility upon your request, though additional charges may apply in some instances. We do not have any control over this process and are not involved in any exchange of money beyond our own checkout. The request must be made by you with the carrier directly.

Does Black Originators have sales?
Yes, during the Holiday seasons or randomly, we do offer different promotions. The best way to stay up-to-date with any sales or promotions is to follow us on Instagram @BlackOriginators and subscribe to our mailing list.
Once a sale has ended, we do no re-open it out of fairness.
I received an email that said that the item(s) that I ordered is currently out of stock. What happens next?
Occasionally, some of our products do sell out before we can update our online store’s inventory. If any out-of-stock products are sold, we will notify the customer and let them know a refund will be issued.
If the out-of-stock items ordered are from our Signature Collection, the customer will be notified that their item is on backorder and they will be given the option to cancel their order and receive a refund or receive their item when the item is restocked.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
When will I receive my refund?
Once you have been approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@BlackOriginators.com.
I changed my mind, is it too late to get a refund?
At this time we only offer refunds to Originators that have received the wrong item(s) or damaged (s) items. If you have experienced either of these issues, we apologize and are ready to assist you.
Please email us prior to returning your item at support@blackoriginators.com and include your order number and photos of the wrong or damaged item, and we’ll get that sorted out for you. Any claim must be submitted within 10 days of carrier delivery to be eligible. We also ask that you refrain from wearing or washing the item(s) until the issue has been resolved.
If your claim is approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.
My order was placed successfully, why haven’t I received a confirmation email yet?
At times there may be a slight delay in email delivery. If you have not received your confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase, check your spam folder. If you still have not received your confirmation email, you may have entered the incorrect email at checkout.
If this is the case, please contact us at support@blackoriginators.com with your full name and order number, and we will personally resend your confirmation to the appropriate email address.

What is Black Originators?
A Black Originator is someone who embraces what’s special about them and shines so bright that they wake up the Originator in the next person.
Originators don't quite fit in anywhere because they're different and sometimes being or feeling like an “outcast” can make them resent their gift and that’s truly a tragedy. As Originators we should never resent our gift. We’re not isolated or outcasted, we're separated. Our difference is our gift and that gift will help us walk out our destiny.
So yes, at times it can’t be helped... it will feel like we’re alone, it will feel like no one understands us, it will feel like no one understands what we’re saying, and it will feel like no one understands what we’re trying to do.
And that’s exactly why Black Originators exists.
We exist for Originators just like you who don’t feel seen, heard, or understood. We exist to help you to remember who you are and the power that you possess because of your difference.
Originators don’t wait for opportunities, we create them. Originators don’t accept less, we create more. Originators are the head and not the tail. And Originators don’t allow ourselves to be boxed in by circumstances, surroundings, trends, or people.
Originators Create Their Own Way.
